Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. In just one year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years following her debut and set herself new goals each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished third in the competition. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with her performance. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and another heavy weight day.
